Boobie-Thon Meter

As of 11:59pm October 7, 2009 we've raised $13205.00

Thank you all for supporting us. The 8th Annual Blogger Boobie-Thon is over!

This page will always remain work-safe.

Gallery pages are definitely not work-safe.

Official updating hours are 8am to 11:59pm Eastern from October 1-7, 2009.

We officially launch October 1st, at which time you can start donating!

Additional updates are made overnight when possible.

This is called a soft launch…

Be veddy veddy quiet! wink

We’re still adjusting the new site and fixing links, updating pages, etc. So if anything is wrong, chances are we know about it and it’ll be fixed before we “officially” launch on October 1st. If it’s not you can start throwing things at me at that point. cheese

In the meantime, photo submissions are open and all pre-launch photos will be live on the site October 1st.  Go get those cameras out and show us what you got!

Also, there’s some handy links in the sidebar, like link to us and do one thing.  You can also keep up to date with us on twitter and facebook

Don’t forget, you can still volunteer!  And we still are in need of submissions for our Bloggers Helping Bloggers charity.

Can’t wait to see you all in FOUR DAYS!!!

Nominate a 2009 Bloggers Helping Bloggers Charity!

Is it really that time again?

Oh yes!

We are just a little over two weeks away from the launch of the 2009 Boobie-Thon!  I’m so excited and well prepared.  Just a few more finish touches and we’ll be ready to launch.

One item we need to still work on is the Bloggers-Helping-Bloggers charity.  What charity’s should be considered? Do you know of a blogger who needs help? Let us know by filling out the nomination form and then we’ll ask our volunteers to select the charity that will be featured as the Bloggers-Helping-Bloggers in 2009.

So, please speak up!

The deadline for submissions will be Sunday September 27, 2009. The selected charity will be announced when we launch on October 1st!

Call for Volunteers

Hey everyone!  Can you believe it’s almost time for the 8th Annual Boobie-Thon.  It’s hard to believe that it’s been a year since the last event and planning and preparation for 2009 is in full effect.

This year we are asking for Photo Editor volunteers again.  What does a Photo Editor do?  It’s pretty simple really…

A photo editor will be responsible for editing photo submissions.  You will receive access to the photo submission email address and then download photos that are submitted and run them against a small checklist of requirements.  Then you pass these photos on to a photo coordinator who publishes them to the Boobie-Thon website.

Please note, guys edit male photos and girls edit female photos. No exceptions! Please make sure you choose the appropriate volunteer slot when signing up.

If you are interested in volunteering, please signup at Volunteer Spot.  Each slot is one hour and you are more than welcome to sign-up for multiple spots across multiple days.

Thank you so much for supporting the 2009 Boobie-Thon!  Don’t forget you can follow us on Twitter and also check us out on Facebook.

I look forward to seeing you all for the kick-off on October 1st!
